PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedestal base for embedding case by which the depth of the embedding case can be easily adjusted when embedding the pedestal base in underground and the horizontal displacement between mutual pedestal bases and between the pedestal base and the embedding case can be securely prevented even when a plurality of pedestal bases are stacked to adjust depth. SOLUTION: The pedestal base 14 for embedding case has recesses 33 formed in a plurality of positions in the periphery of the seat face 32 of the embedding case of the upper face and protrusions 34 to be fitted to the recesses which are formed in a plurality of same positions coinciding with the recess positions in the lower face. The horizontal displacement between mutual pedestal bases is prevented by the protrusion-recession fitting at the time when a plurality of pedestal bases 21 are stacked. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
