PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly stereoregular polypropylene resin which, when formed into a sheet, easily gives a sheet with a highβ-crystal content even when not compounded with aβ-crystal nucleating agent, a sheet prepared therefrom, and a capacitor film excellent in electrical insulation properties, antiblocking properties, mechanical characteristics, etc. SOLUTION: This polypropylene resin is prepared by using a supported titanium-based catalyst and has a melt flow rate (MFR) of 0.5-10 g/10 min. When measured by GPC, its Mn is 100,000 or lower; its Mw/Mn is 5.4 or higher; and its Mz/Mn is 20 or higher. Its stereoregularity index [M<SB>5</SB>] obtained by equation (Eq-1), wherein Pmmmm and Pw are each an absorption intensity in a<SP>13</SP>C-NMR spectrum, is 0.950-0.995. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
