PURPOSE: An igniter of a grill burner for a gas oven is provided to cut down manufacturing cost, and to increase the productivity by igniting gas from a flame hole of a lower burner with flame of an upper burner through a frame guide and a flame transfer hole. CONSTITUTION: An igniter of a grill burner for a gas oven comprises an upper burner(39) installed in the upper part of a grill chamber and composed of plural flame holes in the lower part; a lower burner(50) installed in the lower part of the grill chamber and composed of plural flame holes(72) and a mixture pipe(62) longitudinally formed in the center; plural flame transfer holes(82) formed from the rear center to the outside of the lower burner to supply gas from the mixture pipe; a baffle combined with the outside of the lower burner and composed of a slit recessed in the upper part corresponding to the flame transfer hole; and a cylindrical frame guide(90) communicating the flame transfer hole with the lower part of the upper burner.
