INFERIOR SYRINGE REMOVAL DEVICE INCLUDING AN INJECTOR FEED PART, A SORTING UNIT, AND A CONTROL PART

PURPOSE: An inferior syringe removal device is provided to detect inferior syringes and to simply remove the inferior syringes without sopping a process line, by individually sorting and detecting defective and inferior injectors in making injectors. CONSTITUTION: An inferior syringe removal device comprises an injector feed part feeding plural injectors; a sorting unit sorting and removing inferior syringes in the injectors fed; and a control part(10) detecting the position of the inferior syringe fed and providing the position information detected to the sorting unit. The sorting unit comprises a finger line(4) having plural fingers(4a) projecting toward portions wherein inferior syringes are situated; a first cylinder part driven to move the finger line upward; a second cylinder part driven to make each finger of the finger line project; and an exterior frame(1) supporting each component.
