PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high design wheel and its producing method whereby a decorative hole is enlarged, design efficiency can be fully exhibited, and rigidity and strength of a disk, especially a spoke, can be secured sufficiently. SOLUTION: (1) In this high design wheel 10, the disk 30 is provided with a disk flange 31 extending over the entire circumference along the circumferential direction and extending inward along the axial direction, and a plurality of the decorative holes 32 having a vertical wall 33 formed by squeezing respective decorative hole peripheral end parts outward along the disk axial direction. (2) In a producing process of the disk 30 of this producing method of the high design wheel 10, the disk flange 31 extending over the entire circumference along the circumferential direction and extending inward along the axial direction is formed, and the decorative hole 32 having the vertical wall 33 is formed by squeezing the hole peripheral end part outward along the disk axial direction after piercing the disk.
