This invention discloses new compounds of the formula WHEREIN EACH Y is independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl, halogen, alkoxy, haloalkyl, nitro, acyl, acyloxy, and acylamino; each X is oxygen or sulfur; p is an integer from 0 to 3; m is 0 or 1; n is 0 or 1; R1 and R2 are independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl, haloalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, alkoxyalkyl, aryloxyalkyl, and cycloalkyl; and R1 and R2 may form a ring, preferably containing 5 or 6 carbon atoms. The compounds of the above description are useful as insecticides.
