<p>Water supply monitor comprises a magnetic valve by which the machine is connected to the water mains, and which can be controlled by a level regulator, which is triggered by pressure detectors, sensor electrodes, etc., and a programme switch mechanism. Associated with the level regulator is a time control device which, in case of failure of the level regulator, stops the water supply tothe machine via the magnetic valve or an additional blocking valve, and/or produces an alarm signal. Pref. the time control device and programme switch mechanism are mechanical or electronic components; the former monitors signals of the level regulator and programme switch mechanism so as to interrupt water supply after passage of a quantity measured over the variable throughflow time.</p> |
