<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a regenerated product which is excellent in the appearance and physical properties, by a method wherein an urethane adhesive agent is added to pulverized polyurethane resin waste materials, and after said maxture is kneaded sufficiently, it is compression-molded by heating. CONSTITUTION:Polyurethane resin waste materials are pulverized into powder of about 1mu-5mm., and 70 parts of an urethane adhesive agent is added to 100 parts of polyurethane resin powder for kneading it sufficiently. So kneaded matter is then placed in a press mold, and is molded at a mold surface temperature of about 50- 180 deg.C, with a press pressure of 10kg/cm<2> or more, and for a pressing time of about 15min or less.</p> |
