PURPOSE:To prevent an increase in crosstalk by providing resistances to emitters of transistors that distribute constant currents and by decreasing conductance gm of those distirbution transistors. CONSTITUTION:To make common the bias circuit constrolling current Miller circuits Q4-Q6 and Q4'-Q6', the constant-voltage terminal between the base and emitter of transistor Q1 formed of resistance R4 and transistor Q1 is provided with resistance R1, to which constant current is flowed. This transistor Q1 is applied with a common base at its collector and transistors Q2 and Q3 provided with resistances R2 and R3 at their emitters distribute constant collector currents to current Miller circuits Q4-Q6 and Q4'-Q6' as input bias currents. Therefore, even if collector voltages of transistors Q2 and Q3 vary with a bootstrap voltage, the gains of signal paths transferred to the opposite channels mutually decrease greatly. Thus, an increase in crosstalk can be prevented. |
