PURPOSE:To obtain a miniature high-elasticity diaphragm with a large internal loss by forming a kneaded material consisting essentially of postchlorinated vinyl chloride and scaly graphite powder and by forming the diaphragm with the scaly graphite powder oriented along the surface. CONSTITUTION:Resin material obtained by adding a rubber type material to a kneaded material of a postchlorinated vinyl chloride monomer or vinyl and polymethyl methacrylate upon occasion and scaly graphite poweder 2 are mixed together and further a plasticizer and stabilizer are added and mixed at need; and they are kneaded while heated at a prescribed temperature and kneaded material 3 is rolled into sheet material 4. As a result, powder is oriented along the belt surface of sheet material 4. Next, sheet material 4 is formed in a desired shape to obtain speaker diaphragm A of an acoustic diaphragm. Then, orienting powder 2 along the belt surface of sheet material 4 increases its elastic modulus, so that lightweight diaphragm. A with a large internal loss will be formed. |
