PURPOSE:To obtain a power voltage equivalent to that of a battery by constituting a DC electric power supply device and varying the output voltage of a DC power source device according to the voltage drop characterstic of the prescribed battery. CONSTITUTION:The DC electric power supply device consists of a detector 5 for detecting the value of a current flowing from a variable DC voltage power source 4 to a load 2, and a controller 7 which controls the output voltage of said voltage power source 4 to a prescribed value of a battery voltage that is to be generated on the basis of the current detected by the detector 5 and data from an input device 6 for various characteristics of the battery. The controller 7 has a circuit 71 for detecting the amount of a current flowing through the load 2 between the starting point of electricity feeding and some point, a circuit 72 for generating the mean value of the current used during said period, a control variable generating circuit 73 for generating a necessary control variable from the various characteristics of the battery and the outputs of said circuits, and a control circuit 74 for performing control until the output voltage of the variable DC voltage power source reaches a prescribed voltage value. |
