PURPOSE:To reduce the contact abrasion of a spring due to compression bent of the spring by forming the surface opposite to the side surface of each spring for supporting an intake valve piece and a push rod from a slidable member made of light metal or high polymer material etc. CONSTITUTION:When a piston rod 4 moves toward the top dead center, the head of the piston collides with a push rod 6, which is pushed into, and an inside spring 9 is compressed. Said push rod 6 collides with a valve 7, and a packing 5 is opened to introduced gas into a cylinder chamber 3, and said gas is expanded, and the piston 4 is lowered by the expansion energy. In this case the parts onto which the inside spring 9 and the outside spring 10 are attached in case of compression, bent i.e., the push rod 6, valve 7, intake valve piece 8, and a cylinder 11 are made or covered with slidable members 15a-15d made of soft metal or high polymer material etc. Thus, abrasion of the both springs 9 and 10 due to contact is reduced. |
