The present disclosure is related to a process which allows the molecular breakdown for the disintegration of rubber tires with a chemical treatment allowing the disintegration of these materials, without losing their physicochemical properties, without harming the environment with polluting smoke, unpleasant odors, noises, aggressive substances, without the use of large tearing or milling machines; disintegrating this material, components such as rubber, steel, textile ropes can be recovered for classification and waste quality control, packaging and storage of finished product to be reused as appropriate. |
