<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a pulse with a prescribed pulse width even if a capacitance of a capacitor of an oscillator and a current of a constant current source have a dispersion by deviating a comparison reference voltage of a comparator in response to the fluctuation of the difference of two reference voltages. CONSTITUTION:If a discharge current from a capacitor being a component of, e.g., an oscillator 1 has a dispersion, a dispersion is caused in the slope of a ramped part of a sawtooth wave signal Vc obtained therefrom. Thus, a dispersion takes place in the oscillation frequency and the oscillation frequency is made constant by adjusting one reference voltage. Since the slope of the ramped part of the sawtooth wave signal Vc has a dispersion in this case, when the comparison reference voltage of the comparator 13 is constant, a dispersion is caused in the pulse width obtained from the comparator 13. In this case, the comparison reference voltage of the comparator 13 is deviated in response to the dispersion in the difference of the two reference voltages of the oscillator 1. Thus, the pulse width of the pulse PVBLK from the comparator 13 is made constant.</p> |
