The level for measuring the tilt angle of a pillar or structure in buildings, has a straight, long, cylindrical bubble-tube. After the melted synthetic resin is injected to the tube-shaped mold, the bubble tube is formed by first semi-hardening, separating, and second hardening processes. After the tube forming, the solution is inserted to the tube, the tube mouth is seald by ultrasonic welding, and the scale mark is printed on the peripheral surface of the tube.
