PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment system, a water treatment apparatus, and a water treatment method for: obtaining solid waste substances by extracting contaminated substances from contaminated soil and burned ash containing radioactive substances, and condensing the contaminated substance so as to be solidified; and purifying water.SOLUTION: The water treatment method comprises: a first process of mixing the contaminated soil and/or the burned ash containing the radioactive substances with a treatment water such that the contaminated substances are eluted and extracted; a second process of separating a solid matter from the water containing the radioactive substance, from which the contaminated substances are extracted; a third process of mixing water that contains at least nanobubbles into the water containing the contaminated substances; a fourth process of applying a high voltage between electrodes to generate plasma to treat the water that contains the contaminated substances and the nanobubbles; and a fifth process of separating and collecting the solid matter that contains, at high concentration, the radioactive substance insolubilized through the plasma processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
