PURPOSE: A fuse information detection circuit is provided to reduce a time of confirming whether a fuse is cut or not by checking the cutting of the fuse of a fuse set. CONSTITUTION: A fuse unit(100) includes a plurality of fuse sets. The fuse unit outputs the fuse state of the plural fuse according to the cutting of the fuse in a fuse set. A signal arrangement unit(200) receives a plurality of fuse state signals and stores them. The signal arrangement unit outputs the state of the plural fuses successively. A fuse information signal generator(300) counts the output of the signal arrangement unit to generate fuse information signal.
