PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger guidance device that prevents guidance display contents from being updated to post-departure contents, when a stationary train has overrun and stopped, and a passenger guidance system having the passenger guidance device.SOLUTION: A passenger guidance device includes a control section 40, and a guidance section 50 for providing guidance of a train. The control section 40 compares a train stay time T4 calculated from positional information of the train with a preset setting stay time Tb during which the train is stopped at a station, and outputs a comparison result to the guidance section 50. The guidance section 50 provides guidance of the train on the basis of the inputted comparison result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
