The frame has a base (1) whose free end includes a bearing surface intended to be positioned on an upper surface of a cross-piece (2). The bearing surface is prolonged from a projecting leg engaged with a surface of the cross-piece. The base comprises a reinforcement element (3), which extends along the base from the frame until an end of the base is arranged. The reinforcement element limits deformation of the base during repairability shock on a front face of a vehicle. The element is integrated in a part of the base and the frame during molding. The reinforcement element consists of a material having mechanical resistance greater than that of a base material having metal and alloy or synthetic material such as nylon.
