PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detection device capable of detecting radiation with low dose.SOLUTION: The radiation detection device includes: a substrate having a radiation shielding layer; plural radiation detection elements which are two-dimensionally disposed on one plane of the substrate; and a circuit element which is disposed on the a plane different from the plane of the substrate on which the radiation detection elements are disposed, and which is electrically connected to at least one or more of the radiation detection elements by means of a through-via which penetrates the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
