PURPOSE:To select the necessity for enclosing of nitrogen gas, or boxing or bags containing tea and realize various kinds of shapes and conditions, by arranging a box-making device and a bag-feeding and inserting device at the upstream side of a weigher and arranging a nitrogen gas-enclosing and sealing device and a packing device at the downstream side. CONSTITUTION:In a tea-products packer, a box-making device and a bag-feeding and inserting device are arranged at the upstream side of a weigher. And a nitrogen gas-enclosing and sealing device provided with an arranging means of bass in order within a case, a deaeration means in the case and a sealing means of the bag opening, and a packing device are disposed at the downstream side of the weigher. A sub-line provided with a box-folding device bending outward the box covers at the upstream side of the nitrogen gas-enclosing and sealing device and a box-folding device bending inward the box covers at the downstream side respectively can be installed so as to be freely transferable. In this way, necessity of enclosing of nitrogen gas into the bag containing tea or boxing can be selected and various kinds of packing forms and conditions can be realized. |
