PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a checkout system, a commodity registration device, a coupon ticket issuance method, and a program for enabling issuance of a coupon ticket required for a customer.SOLUTION: The checkout system comprises: a numbering unit 17a which generates a transaction code capable of uniquely identifying registered contents for a commodity to be purchased by a customer; a commodity determination unit 11 which determines a commodity to be purchased by a customer; a determination unit 17c which determines whether the commodity determined by the commodity determination unit 11 has a setting for a discount; a coupon determination unit 17e which, when there is a setting for a discount, determines a coupon selectable by a customer; and a checkout ticket output unit 15 which prints and outputs information for specifying the transaction code and the contents of the coupon selectable by a customer on a checkout ticket. |
