Disclosed are a touch control response method and apparatus for a wearable device, and a wearable device. The touch control response method for a wearable device comprises: acquiring position information, collected by a binocular recognition device, about a target fingertip in a set touch control action occurrence area; according to the position information about the target fingertip, determining a mapping point mapped by the target fingertip onto a screen of the wearable device; and displaying a cursor on the mapping point on the screen of the wearable device. According to the wearable device in the present invention, the touch control operation effect can be fed back to a user in real time, and the touch control precision of the wearable device can be improved. |
