According to the pendulum principle, a connection rod is connected with an eccentric shaft of an eccentric gear and a pendulum so as to balance the force applied to the eccentric gear and the pendulum; and the length and the weight of a swing rod are set to limit the eccentric gear to rotate constantly at a required rotating speed. The speed of and the force applied to the eccentric gear are changed through a gear set, and the gear set is then meshed with a rope winding roller gear, so that a hung object tied to the other end of a rope on a roller descends from a high position at a constant speed; and two rope winding sections are provided on the roller, and therefore, the object that needs to descend can be continuously used in a recirculation mode. |
