PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of manufacturing an organic thin film solar cell which can suppress reduction in the power generation efficiency, with excellent productivity.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the organic thin film solar cell 100 comprises: at least of two steps of following steps (1) and (2); a step (1) is for preparing a laminated body 110 in which a transparent electrode layer 102 and an organic semiconductor layer 103 are laminated in the order is formed on a transparent substrate 101; and a step (2) is for forming a back electrode layer 104 on the organic semiconductor layer 103 by laminating and sticking a metal foil having 3.0 μm or less of a film thickness on the organic semiconductor layer 103. |
