摘要 In the case of small-scale building sprinkler devices using tap water, the securing of tap water pressure and quantity is a prerequisite. However, in most cases, water pressure and quantity are insufficient. In the case of existing buildings, spaces for installing such devices are also insufficient. Furthermore, in the event of large-scale disasters, essential utilities are cut off. Provided is a sprinkler device such that efficient use is made of tap water and first-aid firefighting capability, and that diversity is given to an installation space and the securing of potable water. A sprinkler pipe is connected in such a way as to make use of a control valve for a pertinent tap water pipe among those laid into two or more houses, with the result that a required water quantity is secured. A tap water storage tank is installed. A water quantity required for first-aid firefighting is secured by means of a water storage type water supply device wherein inert gas or compressed air is pressurized. Variability is provided to the installation space by a means for performing dual-purpose supply of tap water, by joint ownership of a water tank by the houses, and by the installation of a piping type water storage tank. This variability is accommodated for by this apparatus. Furthermore, the apparatus provided works even in the case of a single house, and is capable of performing a potable water storage function and holding a water quantity required for first-aid firefighting.
