In order to simplify attachment work, the present invention includes a lever lock attachment step in which a lever lock 31, which switches between transferring and not transferring a door opening operation to a door latch mechanism, is attached to a first shaft 3b provided to a case 3 that supports the door latch mechanism; a wheel attachment step in which a worm wheel 32, which moves the lever lock using the power of a motor 30, is attached to a second shaft 3c provided to the case, such that the worm wheel overlaps the lever lock attached to the first shaft; and a spring attachment step in which a spring 33, which imparts a biasing force to the lever lock in a rotational direction, is attached to a third shaft 3d provided to the case, such that the spring overlaps the lever lock attached to the first shaft and engages with a protrusion 311h of the lever lock. |
