A load support (10) for a vehicle load bar (400) can include a base, a first arm (220) coupled to the base (202) and rotatable about a pivot axis (210), and a second arm (260) coupled to the base (202) and rotatable about the pivot axis (210). A locking device coupled with the first arm (220) can be configured to selectively fix a position of the first arm (220) and the second arm (260) relative to each other in a locked configuration.
