PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow measurement apparatus with excellent sealing performance.SOLUTION: A flow measurement apparatus includes: a plurality of first seal members 150, 150 arranged between an outer peripheral surface of a probe spindle 120 and a peripheral surface of a first through-hole 111 of an inner sleeve 110; a second seal member 160 arranged between a peripheral surface of a second through-hole 122 of the probe spindle and an outer peripheral surface of an optical fiber 130; and third seal members 170, 170 arranged between an inner peripheral surface of the outer sleeve 140 and an outer peripheral surface of the probe spindle 120. |
