METHODS FOR TREATING CANCERS

Provided herein are methods for treating a cancer, such as a hematological cancer or a solid tumor, comprising performing a gene expression profile analysis of a biological sample (e.g., bone marrow or blood or a tumor sample) and administering tosedostat when the gene expression profile indicates the likelihood of a clinical response to the treatment. In certain embodiments, tosedostat is administered in combination with one or more additional antineoplastic agents.
