PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition having such properties that after the composition is applied into a sheet state to be used for an adhesive sheet to be suitably used for an optical film, the adhesive composition requires a short curing time and has excellent processability.SOLUTION: The adhesive composition comprises: an acrylic resin (A) which is a copolymer obtained from a monomer mixture containing a (meth)acrylate (A-1) represented by formula (I) by 75 to 99.9 wt.% and a (meth)acryl monomer (A-2) having a carboxyl group by 0.1 to 5 wt.%; a crosslinking agent (B) comprising an isocyanate compound having an aromatic ring and at least two isocyanate groups in the molecule; and a carboxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate monomer (C) represented by formula (II).SELECTED DRAWING: None
