<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing spherical nanoparticles which are hard to progress aggregation and are excellent in dispersibility. <P>SOLUTION: The spherical nanoparticle having a size of 10 to 1,000 nm is manufactured by dispersing raw material particles or metal oxide particles having the size of 1 to 1,000 nm in a liquid phase, irradiating the particles in the liquid phase with week laser of ≤0.5 J/cm<SP>2</SP>per one laser pulse to once melt and fuse the raw material particle and quenching in the liquid phase or by causing a reduction reaction on the metal oxide particle to form the metal spherical nanoparticle, the reduced spherical nanoparticle or particle having the multiple structure thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
