PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a possibility of performing processing related to introduction of an authentication system according to a current situation of operations in an apparatus.SOLUTION: In a recommendation server 30, a receiving unit 41 receives operation histories of a plurality of image processing apparatuses; an operation history storage unit 42 stores the operation histories; a score increase/decrease definition storage unit 43 stores a score increase/decrease definition defining an increase/decrease value of a score of an authentication system relative to operations; a score calculation unit 44 calculates a score of each authentication system for each image processing apparatus and user, by using the operation histories stored in the operation history storage unit 42 and the score increase/decrease definition stored in the score increase/decrease definition storage unit 43; and a recommendation information generation unit 46 generates recommendation information to recommend introduction of an authentication system to the image processing apparatuses and introduction of an authentication system to the user on the basis of the calculated score. |
