PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio apparatus capable of being operated and continuing monitoring control without increase in cost and dimensions even if a master unit malfunctions.SOLUTION: The radio apparatus of the present invention includes: a master unit 2 configured to have a single layer; and a slave unit 3 that is configured to have at least one layer or more, and that is subjected to monitoring control by the master unit 2 and holds a setting parameter which is set for performing a predetermined operation, and management information representing management of an operation by the master unit 2. In a case where a malfunction occurs in the master unit 2, the slave unit 3 continues an operation on the basis of the setting parameter held by the slave unit 3. A new master unit 2, as a replacement for the mater unit 2 in which a malfunction occurs, continues monitoring control of the slave unit 3 on the basis of the management information, which is acquired from the slave unit 3, and the state of the slave unit 3. |
