PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain demand prediction of a prediction object date with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A prediction device 1 includes: a data standardizing portion 22 for performing normalization computation of a predetermined average value and a predetermined standard deviation as a predetermined value, with respect to power demand data of each classification data; a data classifying portion 23 for classifying the data into a plurality of classes, on the basis of the classification data which are subjected to normalization computation; and a data predicting portion 33 for calculating a statistical value of the power demand data following the classification data in the same class as the classification data of a prediction object date as power prediction data of the prediction object date, on the basis of the classified classification data. |
