PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent deterioration of shift feeling and shift operability of a driver when the driver simultaneously shifts a main transmission mechanism and an auxiliary transmission mechanism.SOLUTION: A transmission 10 with an auxiliary transmission mechanism is configured to simultaneously shift a main transmission mechanism 12 and the auxiliary transmission mechanism 11 by the operation of an operation lever 82 in a select direction and in a shift direction. The transmission includes: an auxiliary speed-change synchronizing mechanism 70 that is provided on the auxiliary transmission mechanism 11 side and selectively synchronizes gears 20, 21 of the auxiliary transmission mechanism 11; and main speed-change synchronizing mechanisms 37, 38 that are provided on the main transmission mechanism 12 side and selectively synchronize gears 22-25 of the main transmission mechanism 12. A servo type synchronizing mechanism is employed to either one of the auxiliary speed-change synchronizing mechanism 70 and the main speed-change synchronizing mechanisms 37, 38. |
