PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining jig of a cylinder block configured to reproduce a deformed shape of a cylinder bore, by uniformly applying contact pressure to a peripheral part of the cylinder bore, while preventing an adverse effect of chips, and to provide a method of manufacturing the cylinder block.SOLUTION: In a dummy head 100, an upper surface 110a opposite a surface facing a cylinder block is provided with recesses 113A, 113B for increasing contact pressure to be applied on the cylinder block 200 from the dummy head 100. |
