摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a secondary battery with which a collector lamination part and a collector terminal can be satisfactorily resistance-welded without incurring sputtering, and the secondary battery.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a battery 100 includes the steps of: creating a wound electrode body 110 including an anode collector lamination part 126 in which anode active material layer non-formed portions 121b are laminated; abutting a terminal-side electrode 20 for resistance-welding to an anode collector terminal 192 disposed in the anode collector lamination part and abutting a lamination-part-side electrode 30 paired with the terminal-side electrode to the anode collector lamination part, thereby holding the anode collector terminal and the anode collector lamination part; and performing resistance welding while applying pressure between the terminal-side electrode and the lamination-part-side electrode. The lamination-part-side electrode used for the resistance-welding has an abutting surface 31, to the anode collector lamination part, of an uneven surface having a regular uneven shape with maximum roughness (Rmax) of 15 μm to 25 μm.
