PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for making hybrid the overhead power line and battery of an electric motor vehicle for running in an AC section.SOLUTION: An electric power source system 1A is constituted: by comprising a main conversion circuit 30A connected with a secondary winding 22 of a main transformer 20 for supplying a driving electric power to a main electric motor 4, and an accessory conversion circuit 40A connected with a tertiary winding 23 for supplying electric power to an accessory equipment; and by connecting a battery 60A in a DC link portion (between a main circuit side converter 31A and an inverter 32A) of the main conversion circuit 30A through a high-speed circuit breaker BHB.
