PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition, a method for producing the same, and a molded article with a cured film thereof exhibiting high scratch resistance when the cured film is formed, and capable of preventing silica fine particles from easily falling even when the cured film is rubbed.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-curable resin composition includes an inorgnic oxide-acrylic resin composite (α) prepared by binding an acrylic resin (A) containing an ethylenically unsaturated group in a side chain and fine inorganic oxide particles (B) containing colloidal silica as the principal component via a binding part represented by formula (1)-O-Si-R-NHCOO- (wherein Ris a 1-10C linear or branched alkylene group), and a photopolymerization initiator (C). |
