PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus which ensures a large inner space for a wire holding part.SOLUTION: An endoscope apparatus 1 is equipped with an insertion portion 10 and a bending mechanism having an angle wire 35 and a wire holding part 23 for holding a distal end of the angle wire to bend a distal end of the insertion portion. The angle wire has a small diameter part 38a formed on a distal end side and a large diameter part 39 formed on a proximal end side with respect to the small diameter part on the distal end. The angle wire is arranged in a position that is eccentric with respect to a central axis C of the insertion portion. In the wire holding part, a flange part 28 having an abutting surface 28a that can abut only on the small diameter part in the inside in a radial direction of the insertion portion of the small diameter part while the angle wire is held by the wire holding part is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
