The present invention relates to a bombus ignites queen bee-derived N-glycan having a sugar chain structure of Hex3HexNAc3dHex1 (1282.5 m/z) or Hex4HexNAc3dHex1 (1485.6, m/z) and a fragment including the same; a bombus terrestris queen bee-derived N-glycan having a sugar chain structure of Hex8 (1377.5 m/z); and a pharmaceutical composition for treating inflammation or arthritis, wherein the pharmaceutical composition contains the N-glycan or a fragment including the same as an active ingredient. The biological activities of a queen bee-derived N-glycan or a fragment including the same according to the present invention have been known, so the same may be used as a material for a medical product, a cosmetic product, and a functional food and may have a value as pharmaceutical and functional molecules. In particular, the same has an effect in treating inflammation or arthritis, so a queen bee-derived N-glycan medical product may be developed. Accordingly, the queen bee-derived N-glycan or a fragment including the same may contribute to an increase in the income of bee farms and the improvement of public health.
