The present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing an X-ray grid which manufactures a transmission channel of the X-ray grid which prevents X-ray scattering and performs X-ray transmission so that the transmission channel is inclined in order to correspond to an X-ray radiation angle. The apparatus for manufacturing the X-ray grid according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a laser beam generator; a reflecting mirror which reflects laser beams emitted from the laser beam generator; and an optical lens set which radiates the laser beams reflected off the reflecting mirror in the direction of X-ray radiation to form the transmission channel on a substrate.
