PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the adhesiveness of a side wall member to another tire constitution member disposed inside the side wall member in response to the thickness distribution of the side wall member in which an air discharge groove is formed.SOLUTION: A side wall member 21 of a pneumatic tire 1 comprises a sticking face 22 to a carcass ply 9. Further, an air discharge groove 26 is formed on the sticking face 22 of the side wall member 21 before vulcanization molding to extend in a tire radial direction in order to discharge outside air included between the sticking face and the carcass ply 9. A width of the air discharge groove 26 has a normal correlation to a thickness of the side wall member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
