The rice transplanter comprising a sliding plate removably attached at the bottom of a body frame; a seedling tray removably mounted to a tray support which is fixedly attached to the said body frame; a plurality of planting claws fixedly attached to a body claw; the said body claw is fixedly attached to a shaft; the said shaft is connected to pillow block bearings at both ends; a pair of pillow block bearings removably mounted to bearing seats on the body frame; a pair of rubber dampers fixedly attached to the said body frame; a claw handle hingely connected to the body claw; a frame handle removably attached to the body frame; and a plurality of seedling holders and dividers fixedly attached to the seedling tray.
