PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development that exhibits an excellent property to remove fouling on a charging roller and filming and prevents the occurrence of uneven charging and fouling on the ends of sheets, even when used with an electrophotographic photoreceptor having an elastic deformation ratio of 42% or less from which a toner is difficult to be removed.SOLUTION: A toner for electrostatic charge image development has silica particles having a certain specific surface area contained at a specific ratio in the entire silica particles to be added thereto as an external additive, and uses titanium oxide and the entire silica particles in combination at a specific mass ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: None
