The present invention relates to an encapsulation for a photovoltaic cell module and a photovoltaic cell module using the same. The encapsulation for a photovoltaic cell module of the present invention as above is an encapsulation used for the photovoltaic cell module. In the encapsulation for a photovoltaic cell module in which a main material is copolymer made of polyethylene as a main component, the encapsulation is formed of a second-pair layer structure. Polymer which is used for each layer is equally used. Upper and lower layers of a component ratio of additives of an intermediate layer are different. Volume resistance of the intermediate layer is more than or equal to two layers of the upper and lower layers. The encapsulation for a photovoltaic cell module of the present invention as above achieves the purpose of the present invention by providing the encapsulation for a photovoltaic cell module capable of suppressing PDI capable of being generated when a photovoltaic cell module using an encapsulation of a usual structure is used and output degradation and an appearance error due to reduction of adhesive force by applying and manufacturing a layer structure which is differently formed with different composite, and stably maintaining development performance, and the photovoltaic cell module using the same.
