PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pricing system of a power market and a method thereof making it possible to upgrade the transparence of a price and ensure an adjustment force necessary for stable supply.SOLUTION: Included are a distribution facility-side computer 20 that measures a frequency shift and tide of power to be dealt between a power generation entrepreneur A and user D on the assumption that the power generation entrepreneur A and user D participate in a wholesale power market, and a system operation-side computer 30 that receives the frequency shift and tide from the distribution facility-side computer 20, calculates an excess/shortage quantity of current power on the basis of the frequency shift and tide, calculates a market price of power on the basis of the excess/shortage quantity, calculates a supply unit price and demand unit price on the basis of the market price, transmits the supply unit price to a power generation entrepreneur-side computer 10, and transmits the demand unit price to a terminal 42. When calculating the market price on the basis of the excess/shortage quantity, the system operation-side computer 30 calculates a correction value dependent on the excess/shortage quantity, and adds the correction value to the previously calculated market price so as to work out a current market price.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
