The present invention relates to an ANGPTL3 expression inhibitor comprising methylsulphonylmethane (MSM), to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating ketosis, comprising the ANGPTL3 expression inhibitor as an active ingredient, and to a screening method of the pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating ketosis. The present invention investigates the correlation of ANGPTL3, GHR, STAT5b, and IGF-1Rβ as a ketosis-related factor, thereby being efficiently used for preventing or treating ketosis and being efficiently used for screening associated drug through the correlation.
