Provided are an electrical wire protection pipe and a wire harness with which electrical wires can be protected without separately providing a component that shields a water drainage hole. In this resin pipe, in which electrical wires (W) are inserted, a bulging part (21) that bulges outward is integrally formed in a lower wall part (10S) that is arranged on the lower side when attached to a vehicle (V), and a water drainage hole (22) is opened in the peripheral wall part of the bulging part (21). In this configuration, the electrical wires (W) are protected from flying rocks, water splashes, and the like by the bulging part (21) integrally formed in the electrical wire protection pipe (10), so the electrical wires (W) can be protected without separately providing a component that shields the water drainage hole (22). |
